Location is very convenient, nearby to airport bus stop and metro station, & got elevator. Bed enough for decent night sleep/rest, room not very spacious but adequate, facility for laundry & simple meal prep. I was allowed to enter my room early - thankful to the staff for this.

Pros: our room got upgraded from a female dorm to twin bed private room, this was really appreciated! We also were allowed to check in earlier than 3pm. This place is also super central, overlooking one of the palaces - this was the best part!

The location is great! Deoksugung Palace is right across the street. Only one stop away from Seoul Station. My key was left for me at the front desk, so it was really easy to check in. Little interaction needed with the staff!
